Ellive's Golden Premium extra virgin olive oil is produced in our olive groves with the passion given to us by our ancestors. We collect the olives of the famous Koroneiki variety by hand and then we make sure that they are pressed within 12 hours from the moment of their harvest using the cold pressing method without the addition of hot water, ensuring all the organoleptic characteristics of the hours unchanged. During the bottling process of the extra virgin olive oil, the gold flakes are added by hand - 10 mg of edible gold/100 ml of olive oil.
